Winter Warmer Appeal 2025

Winter can be a tough time for families in need, but with your support, we can make it a little warmer. Our Winter Warmer Campaign is here to provide warmth, comfort, and a sense of security to families with young children. No family should have to face the cold without proper clothing or cosy essentials, and that’s where you come in.

What we need

We’re asking for donations of warm items that can help keep little ones, aged 0-5, snug and safe this winter. We'd gratefully accept brand new or good quality preloved donations of:

• Blankets
• Coats
• Ear Muffs
• Fluffy Socks
• Foot Muffs
• Gloves
• Hats
• Jumpers
• Onesies
• Pyjamas 
• Scarves
• Slippers

Why it matters

For many of the families we support, the rising cost of living makes it difficult to afford the basic necessities, including winter essentials. Your donations will not only provide physical warmth but also emotional comfort, showing families that their community cares about their wellbeing. By offering just one or two items, you can help reduce the stress and hardship that many parents and carers experience during this challenging season.

How you can help

• Donate warm items: Drop off your new or preloved items at our collection point every Tuesday and Friday at: Unit C1, The Premier Centre, Romsey, SO51 9DG.
• Text to Donate: Can’t make it in person? You can still make a difference! Text WARMER followed by your chosen donation amount to 70450. Texts will cost the donation amount plus one standard network rate message.

Whether you donate a preloved jumper, or a brand-new pair of fluffy socks, every item will help keep a child warm this winter. 

Together, we can ensure that no little one is left out in the cold.
