Funding and Communications Manager

Gillian leads all funding and grant applications, managing the charity’s finances and ensuring vital resources reach families. She champions Baby Necessities in the community, creating opportunities in schools, businesses, and beyond, and expertly shares our story to secure the support we need to continue making an impact. 

Community Fundraiser

 Erin leads our Room to Grow fundraising campaign, driving events and initiatives to secure a larger home for Baby Necessities to ensure we can meet growing demand for our services. Out in the community, she'll be connecting with supporters, spreading the word, and building campaign momentum. 

Marketing and Communications Officer

 Laura drives all marketing, communications, and PR for Baby Necessities, shaping our message and making sure it reaches the right people at the right time. From social media and website content to emails and press releases, she creates consistent, engaging content that tells our story and showcases the impact we make for families. 

Project Worker 

 Claire leads our volunteer team and corporate volunteer sessions, oversees donation days, and manages stock to ensure we have the right items when families need them. She is the main point of contact for referral partners, coordinating and prioritising referrals and working with volunteers to ensure each referral bundle is tailored, timely, and created with care.
