Frequently Asked Questions

We are very lucky that we have a good supply of donations.  So we specifically request what is needed at the beginning of each month here on our website and via our social media platforms. Please only donate what's on the list. 

Yes we do, but they must be in great condition please - we want all our referral bundles to feel like a gift to our beneficiaries. 

Some items cannot be given second hand and must be provided new. Visit our donation page for more information on this. 

We pride ourselves on only redistributing the best quality. That is why we ask that second hand donations are in excellent condition. There must be no rips, tears, stains, discolouration or mould. Equipment must have all the parts and must not be broken. 

We can only accept brand new electrical items such as baby monitors. 

We do not accept used car seats due to safety reasons.

Donation mornings are on a Tuesday and Friday between 10am and 1pm but other days can be accommodated on request.

At the moment we do not offer a collection service, unless its something we need urgently for a referral.

Yes you can, but we ask there to be a minimum of 3 months date on there.  We also only take the standard stage 1, 2 and 3 formula.

We accept used bottles, but not the teats.
